Additionally, Sarah is a professional member of the Association of Medical Illustrators and currently serves on the Board of Certification for Medical Illustrators (BCMI).
Sarah draws inspiration from the intricate details and hidden secrets of the natural world - when not at work, you can find her wandering the halls of a museum, traipsing through the woods, or marveling at birds with her precocious toddler.

Jen has over 20 years of experience in project management and leadership of internal cross-functional teams. With her educational background in Communication Art and Design, she provides that extra level of understanding that has proven helpful in working with creative, account and production teams together.
Her success in identifying, creating and developing operating procedures; has helped increase workflow and efficiency for both internal groups and external stake holders at OneWorldDMG.
As COO and co-founder of ReDox, Jen manages and handles the daily business operations, working closely with our staff to support the day-to-day activity of all team members and expectations of our client partners.
Jen’s household runs on multiple calendars, coffee, Taco Tuesdays, and loads of love and support. A.K.A. Boo, Mama, Bruh, Sports mom, Dog mom, the Boss.

Principal Biomedical Designer & Medical Illustrator
Jin is a formally trained medical illustrator with decades of experience designing educational assets in the pharmaceutical and medical/surgical device sector. She now focuses on designing interactive products for clinical skill training; providing tangible assets for healthcare task simulation that require custom components for training.
Some of her favorite things in life involve food—cooking, eating and thinking about food. Plus her cats and snow.

Lead Medical Illustrator
Jackie developed a passion for patient education when studying in the Department of Art as Applied to Medicine at Johns Hopkins. With nearly a decade of professional experience, board certification from the Association of Medical Illustrators, and an amazing team to collaborate with, she finds her role as a science communicator in the healthcare industry to be as important as ever and extremely rewarding.
Jackie lives with her husband in Manhattan and in her free time enjoys traveling, skiing and caring for her excessive plant collection.

Biomedical Digital Creative Lead
Kate has a love for science and storytelling which has led her to completing her undergraduate degree of Biological Pre-medical Illustration at Iowa State University and then a Master’s of Science in Biomedical Visualization at University of Illinois at Chicago. Kate is a professional animator and illustrator with experience in medical device use, surgical technique, neurosurgical technique and head and neck anatomy, and disease state education for patients.
She has a passion for crafting impactful and tailored visuals that tell meaningful stories to their audiences. She greatly enjoys working with and learning from her talented co-workers and friends.
In her free time, she is often outdoors, drinking coffee, and spending time with friends. She lives in Clinton, NJ with her husband, dog, and cat in their very plant filled apartment.

Medical Illustrator: Patient Education Specialist
Sam is a certified medical illustrator (CMI) who is passionate about patient education. He spent three years working closely with medical doctors in an emergency department, where he saw thousands of patients, studied medical imaging, and learned how to identify a wide range of different pathologies. During his time there he saw first-hand the need for stronger patient education, and has since carried that into his mission as a CMI.
Within patient education, Sam has specialties in oncology and transgender medicine. Most of his work at Redox involves visualizing different cancer pathologies for cancer patients, from a microscopic histological perspective to macroscopic malignancies.As well as cancer specialization, he also has an in-depth knowledge regarding transgender medicine, a community in which Sam identifies with. In 2019 he developed a website focused on gender-affirmation HRT therapy for transgender patients at clinic in Georgia. There he also received his Master in Science in Medical Illustration (MSMI) from Augusta University in 2019.
Outside of work, Sam spends his time practicing music, including guitar and piano, reading, drawing, and exercising. He also trains in Krav Maga several times a week.

Director of Design and Manufacturing
Mitchell is an award-winning Industrial Designer with over 20 years of experience in product design and production. His career began as a Creative Designer with General Motors in Michigan, where he was responsible for creating advanced automobile concepts for future lifestyles. Since pivoting to healthcare-related design, Mitch has overseen the design, engineering and launch of hundreds of successful products relating to medical education, training, packaging, and promotion.
Mitchell's collaboration with Dr. Tamatha Fenster of Weil Cornell Medical Center in creating the Halo Speculum was the winner in the Medical Category at the 2021 Create the Future Design Contest. Mitch also holds more than five patents in medical device design, packaging design, and compliance-aid design in association with One World DMG.
Outside of work, Mitchell loves nothing more than to immerse himself in nature, as an avid nature photographer and surf angler.

Anne is a multi-hyphenate designer-illustrator-animator-graphic artist-scientific communicator. With a background in biology and Spanish language, she went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Biomedical Visualization at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Anne's diverse skillset as a visual communicator allows her to seamlessly jump between projects and designs across all forms of media, from print to physical to digital.
Anne currently resides in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys taking her dog on runs through the snow, playing video games, making stickers, and dancing salsa.

Visual Producer
With over 25 years of experience, Dena is a seasoned Visual Producer with a Master of Associated Medical Sciences degree in Biomedical Visualization and a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She brings extensive expertise in producing biomedical visualization, along with skills in managing projects, client relations, vendor coordination, and budgeting to ensure top-notch results.
An active member of the Association of Medical Illustrators and serving on the Artists Rights Committee, Dena advocates for artists' rights at the federal level.
Outside of work, her passion for habitat restoration, gardening, and native plants has led her to create a mini wildlife sanctuary in her own backyard, promoting ecological balance and sustainability.
Courtney Smith

Biomedical Copy Manager
Courtney is the nature-loving, crystal-collecting, copy-managing force behind ReDox Creative’s original content. In her role, she oversees the development and implementation of copy, referencing, annotations, and submissions for the creation of custom educational and training tools. She is also a member of the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).
Through her work, she contributes to advancing the understanding and communication of vital medical information with content suitable for both healthcare professionals and patients. Focusing on brand awareness while proving unique insights into disease state education and instructional training, she enjoys working with a cool team of innovative (plant-whispering, cat-loving) medical illustrators and engineers.
